Once the goods are ready, you will be informed of the shipping and shipping method in addition to all other details related to shipping. We accept cash

debit cards, and credit cards as a method of payment for some types of merchandise Shipments will be delivered within According to the invoice issued. Once the AWB Bill of Lading Number is generated by the shipping department, customers will be notified by email 

Return Policy
In the event of cancellation, refunds of credit card payments will be made to the original credit card account used for the initial order. Please note that any delay in depositing funds into the cardholder's account is beyond our control and is managed by the issuing bank.

Replacement

Exchanges are only available for items that have an identical value to the product being exchanged. You can exchange the product for a different size or color directly on the app, website, or through customer service. in case it is not custom-made for you and in case the product is custom-made for you it cannot be exchanged 
Once the items are received and arrive at our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours), we will ship the items you want to exchange after thoroughly inspecting them. Please make sure the items are unused and in good condition with original tags and

packaging intact.

  Modify the terms and conditions of the exchange and return policy:

We may at any time modify the User Agreement without prior notice to you. The decision of management will be the final decision after any modification of the User Agreement. If you do not accept the amended User Agreement, you must stop using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by the amended User Agreement.
